Homeowner, property owner and condominium associations (HOA, POA, COA) will contract with U.S. Resort Management, Inc. (USRMI) to manage their affairs.
Services are selected by association boards from the following list. USRMI works with associations to establish budgets and the scope of work to be performed.
SERVICES OFFERED TO ASSOCIATIONS:
Accounting - full
service billing,
accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, financial statements and tax preparation.Administrative - property manager, routine inspection, owner communication and rules enforcement
Maintenance - all routine functions, 24 hour emergency service
Grounds Care - all mowing and weed eating, ground preparation, landscape services
Security - by contract to associations. Some part-time service available
Facility Management - care, cleaning and management of clubhouses, pools and recreational facilities
Wastewater Management - certified technicians on staff
Activities - full time activities director can handle special events, socials, newsletters and children's programs
Dock Management - reserve studies, minor repair, preventive maintenance, experienced staff
Architectural - full time administration of all facets of building and control
USRMI performs all the above functions with a full service staff of over 60 people.
Credentials include personnel with RRP (Registered Resort Professional), CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations),
AMS (Association Management Specialist), CPO (Certified Pool Operator), Master Gardener and various technical accreditations.

Managing interval estates (timeshare, fractional or vacation ownership) is a very specialized
form of property management. U.S. Resort Management, Inc. has extensive experience in the area of
timeshare management.
SERVICES OFFERED
Most general property management (including association management) handles only exterior service (such things as
landscaping, roof and building maintenance, snow removal, and maintenance of common elements, etc.).
Timeshare management, on the other hand, includes all interior operations, including all functions dealing with how
owners use the property.
Reserves for furniture and equipment replacement are established, collected and maintained
according to a calculated schedule; interior maintenance is performed (both preventative and
on-call), and each condominium is refurbished and deep cleaned
during the annual down-time (maintenance weeks).
The USRMI staff is very
knowledgeable of the exchange process and will assist owners in making exchanges (trades
with other resort timeshare owners), as well as renting owner's unused time.
Further, USRMI handles all cleaning activities - scheduling, seasonal cleans, carpets, furniture, etc,
using its own company-managed cleaning operation.
U.S. Resort Management, Inc. is a
member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). The company's owner and chief operating officer has
been a pioneer in the timeshare management field, having served on the ARDA's Property Management Committee. He has also
been a featured speaker at several ARDA Timeshare Conferences and holds the ARDA designation of Registered Resort
Professional (RRP).
