ABOUT U.S. RESORT MANAGEMENT, INC. (USRMI)
USRMI is a full-service property management company completing its nineteenth year of business in the lake area. The firm employs from 25 to 38 employees based on seasonal demand. USRMI currently manages eight homeowners associations, most including docks and garages. As well, USRMI provides accounting and other services ala carte to some associations. The firm’s administration office and maintenance warehouse are located in Lake Ozark. A 24/7 emergency number is available to all managed associations.
PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS – USRMI is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI). Members of the management staff hold Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification. Paul Kleiber, the firm’s owner, has the Registered Resort Professional (RRP) certification with American Resort Development Association (ARDA). There are two Master Gardeners on staff, a Certified Pest Control Operator (CPCO), and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). USRMI also employs licensed insurance and real estate personnel as well as a Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning Operator (HVAC). All employees are carefully trained and many seek and participate in specific-area training education.
FULL SERVICE means all functions provided “in-house” for lower rates. USRMI has a maintenance warehouse with a full complement of grounds care, snow removal and maintenance equipment. No need for associations to purchase equipment.
RETAIL SERVICES available to individual owners. USRMI’s repair and maintenance division, U.S. Help, provides all services – without a service call charge – to association members on an “on-call” basis.
