U.S. HELP
This division of U.S. Resort Management, Inc. provides contracted (routinely provided) services in the maintenance area for homeowners associations and property owners associations as specified by the agreed upon scope of work.
The general public may also hire U.S. Help for repairs on an on-call basis. Services offered include:
- Electrical Repair
- Plumbing Repair
- Minor Household Repairs
- Interior Maintenance
- Deck Renovation (clean, powerwash, seal)
- Deck Repair
- Appliance Repair
- Vinyl Siding Cleaning and Minor Maintenance
- See Dock Management, Grounds Service, and Pool Care under “Other Services”
U.S. Help also specializes in routine property inspections. We can inspect your home or condo on a regular schedule during the off-season (or year-round if you prefer) to ensure that all systems are in working order and that there are no problems at your property.
We Can Arrange For:
- Asphalt repair (crack filling)
- Asphalt & concrete (minor installation)
- Asphalt sealing
- Painting – interior or exterior
- Tree removal or treatment
- Wallpaper hanging
- Heating, air conditioning and ventilation
If you don't see it listed – call and ask. If U.S. HELP can't do it, we will recommend someone who can.
