PAUL J. KLEIBER, RRP, is the owner and President of U.S. Resort Management, Inc. (USRMI). He has over 35 years experience in resort real estate, property management and resort development. He has been a featured speaker and committee member with the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). In 1997, he received the RRP designation (Registered Resort Professional), ARDA’s highest professional distinction. Paul Kleiber directs and oversees all aspects of U.S. Resort Management, Inc. operations and specializes in consulting services to new and existing owners associations, as well as to developers of new projects.
CHRISTINA G. KLEIBER is U. S. Resort Management, Inc.’s Vice-President and was co-founder with her husband of their real estate, rental and central reservation companies on Hilton Head Island. She has worked all aspects of the property management company's affairs, developing special expertise in architectural control and dock regulations; additionally she received her “master gardener” designation in 1999. Chris soon headed up a division of the firm’s landscape department, subsequently winning many area accolades for flower gardens. Her personal concern and experience bode well for the company's objective of quality service.
KAREN HUGHES is U.S. Resort Management, Inc.’s General Manager and Controller. The computerizing of U.S. Resort Management, Inc. and the reduction of POA delinquencies have been her most recent accomplishments. Her present position of General Manager and Controller includes full responsibility for the firm’s operational systems as well as the company’s accounting department – overseeing the production and accuracy of the myriad of financial statements produced for the firm’s clients. Her loyalty, integrity, dedication and concern for excellence only serve to add to hers and the company’s success record in financial reporting and delivery of all services.
HOLLI ROBINETT is the General Manager of U.S. Help, U.S. Resort Management’s repair, maintenance and grounds care division. After beginning her career with USRMI in 1994 as a seasonal employee, she augmented her early on-the-job training with horticulture classes at Lake Career Tech and completed her Master Gardener certification in 2003. Holli also holds the Certified Pest Control Operator (CPCO) designation. Holli’s promotion first to Assistant Manager, then Manager of the firm’s maintenance division, U.S. Help, in early 2007 was the inevitable result of her enthusiasm, dedication and simple hard work. Holli has been awarded the company’s two highest honors, the Feuser/Jensen Award for Excellence in 2002 and as Employee of the Year in 2006.
LINDA FIERS is U.S. Resort Management, Inc.’s Senior Property Manager. After relocating to the Lake of the Ozarks in 1994, Linda began her career in the property management field. She has worked as a property manager for several lake area condominium associations during the last fifteen years. Her outstanding contributions as site manager for several associations earned her USRMI’s top award as 2005’s Employee of the Year. Linda’s rapport with members of the Boards of Directors of the associations she serves is a goal she accomplishes with care and dedication. Linda is a licensed real estate agent with the firm.
DEBORAH QUICK is a Property Manager for U.S. Resort Management Inc. (USRMI). Deborah joined the firm in 2002, and epitomizes the term self-starter, having obtained supervisor status in her first two jobs prior to joining USRMI. Her “take charge” spirit at USRMI was rewarded with a promotion to timeshare operations manager where she was instrumental in re-establishing a top industry rating for excellence in service. As a result of these achievements, Deborah Quick was the recipient of USRMI’s 2007 Employee of the Year Award and simultaneously won the Employees Choice Award from her peers.
WARREN BLACKWELL began his tenure with U.S. Resort Management, Inc. in August 2006. Born in Columbia, MO, he has lived in the lake area since 2004. With previous accounting experience, his prowess in accounting quickly led him to the position of Accounting Supervisor with USRMI. With a B.S. in Business Administration gained in 1997 from Columbia College, Warren is continually designing accounting procedures to facilitate association financial reporting but also to ensure a sound system of internal controls. Warren expects to receive his Masters of Science in Accountancy in 2010 and will continue to play a major role in ensuring USRMI clients receive highly professional financial accountability and reporting.
MINDY STONE is a Property Manager for U.S. Resort Management, Inc., joining the firm in June 2009. Mindy was born and raised around the St. Louis area. After graduating from School of the Osage in 1990, she pursued a career in hotel management at Marriott’s Tan-Tar-A Resort where she worked for 15 years. After leaving the hotel industry in 2006, Mindy pursued a new but related career in the property management field and after a few short years came highly recommended to USRMI. It took Mindy only a few short months to earn very specific praise from association board members for whom she serves – with consistent comments about genuine concern and attention to detail.
AMANDA ROWDEN is a Property Manager for U.S. Resort Management Inc., joining the firm in July 2009. Amanda attended Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO to pursue a career in teaching. A subsequent job offer led her to Springfield, MO where Amanda worked in marketing for Fairfield Resorts and Grand Vista Vacations. Success there landed a job offer back at the lake with Four Seasons-Private Quarters Club at Porto Cima. As a marketing coordinator she found herself climbing the ladder quickly to become the Director of Marketing. After 3 ˝ years, Four Seasons decided to close the sales and marketing office in July 2009 the same month in which Amanda applied and was hired by U.S. Resort Management. All indications from association board members for which she is responsible, have been exceptionally positive.
LINDA NEW is U.S. Resort Management, Inc.’s Executive Administrator. Linda began her career with U.S. Resort Management, Inc. in 1997 as the Receptionist and Office Manager. In 1999, Linda was promoted to the position of Administrative Assistant as well as maintaining her role as the Office Manager. In 2001, Linda received one of the company’s top awards – the Feuser/Jensen Award for Excellence. Linda is a licensed broker/real estate agent with the firm.
