Advantages to Associations
Our costs for general services are kept lower than average due to economies of scale. With the number of associations managed by USRMI, we are able to handle such items as accounting services, trash collection, snow removal, and grounds care at rates less than outside contractors and often less than direct association employees.
A similar situation exists with equipment. USRMI has a large warehouse that houses our maintenance, grounds care, and cleaning operations. Our inventory includes heavy equipment, pressure washer, vans, trucks, leaf vacuum and thousands of dollars worth of other grounds care, maintenance equipment, and tools.
Another example of cost savings is our ability to purchase in bulk. Due to the fact that USRMI handles so much insurance, we are generally able to obtain insurance at a true savings for each association.
We hope to demonstrate the benefits of a full service company. You will not find us sitting in offices, ordering work to be done by contract or otherwise carelessly spending your association’s money. Our property managers will visit your property on a regular basis, ensuring the work is done as specified and noting any concerns to bring to your board’s attention.
