RULES AND REGULATIONS:
GOVERNING USE OF UNITS AND COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS
- Not more than one usual household pet shall be kept or maintained in any Unit. Pets must be reasonable confined and controlled so as not to become a nuisance, and shall not be confined or tied within any Common Element or Limited Common Element. The Owner is responsible to dispose of his pet's wastes. No animal other than a usual household pet shall be allowed.
- No mobile homes, trailers, trucks, boat trailers, boats, inoperable vehicles or similar vehicles or apparatus shall be parked within the Common Elements for a period longer than seventy-two hours.
- Decks and other Limited Common Elements or Common Elements may not be used for open storage of bicycles or other property.
- Trash and/or garbage must be bagged and bags must be placed in receptacle.
- All draperies and curtains on exterior windows or glass doors of Units shall be off-white in color or lined with a fabric which is off-white in color.
- Firewood may be stored on the decks on the parking lot side of the building from October 1 unit April 1, and may not impede the passage of person on the walkways.
- Fireworks and Firearms are not to be discharged on the property at any time. This is a city law.
- All boats and jet skis shall operate on idle within 100 yards of the boat dock.
- Nothing may be hung over either front or lake-side railings; this includes clothes, laundry, towels, rafts, ect.
- Obscene acts, drunkenness, or loud, profane language on the premises is not allowed.
CATALINA BAY BEACH CLUB POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Pool hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
- Pool Furniture is not to be removed from the pool area for any reason.
- Children under 10 years of age are not allowed in pool without parental supervision.
- Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
- Diving is not allowed.
- Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
